Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you take The AI Readiness Quiz, we collect the first name and email address you submit on the capture form, the answers you select for each quiz question, and the AI Readiness Score and tier those answers produce. We also record the date and time you submit your results.

How we use it

Your information is used to send you your personalized quiz results and action plan, to add you to our email list for occasional AI tips and updates from Mahalath Wealthy and the Human-First AI Accelerator, and to help us understand which questions and tiers our audience falls into so we can improve the quiz and our programs.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it's stored

We use two third-party services to handle your submission:

• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) stores your name and email so we can send you the results and follow-up emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• Notion stores your name, email, quiz answers, score, tier, and submission date in a private database we use to review responses.

Both services have their own privacy policies and security practices that govern how they handle your data on our behalf.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it entirely. To do so, email hello@humanfirstai.live and we'll handle the request within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies or use third-party advertising cookies. If we add analytics in the future, we'll update this policy before it goes live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the quiz or our services evolve. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
